The questions I get most.
How fast do I get the files?
Inventory sets come back in 24 hours. Events and commercial work take 48 to 72 hours depending on volume. If you need something the same day for social, that is a $250 add-on and you get a teaser cut before I leave.
What if it rains? This is Oregon.
For events, the show goes on and so do I — weather is part of the story. For commercial and inventory work we reschedule at no cost, or shoot under cover.
Who owns the photos?
You do. Full usage rights on everything I deliver, for any purpose, forever. No licensing fees later, no per-use charges, no watermarks on the delivered files.
Do you travel outside Portland?
Yes. Everything is priced for locations within 40 miles of Portland. Past that it is $0.70 per mile, quoted up front so there is nothing unexpected on the invoice.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
For events and production days, half up front to hold the date and half on delivery. Inventory work and the $99 trial are billed after you have the files.
What if I don’t like the photos?
On the $99 dealer trial you keep the files either way — no invoice, no argument. On larger jobs, if the set genuinely is not usable I will reshoot it once at no charge. That has not happened yet, but it is the deal.
Can you shoot video and stills in one visit?
That is the default. Every package includes both the horizontal stills and at least one vertical cut, shot in the same session so you are not paying for two visits.
